Send us a Video of the issue you're facing

For any frequently occurring issues that are easily replicable by you, do send us a small video demonstrating the issue so we can troubleshoot it accordingly. If the file size is too large to attach to email, you can upload it to your online drive and share the link with us (TO:Noteshelf[at]fluidtouch.biz).

Remember to always try updating your app to latest version from the Store first then also to restart the device to see if that fixes the issue at hand.
