Troubleshooting OneDrive backup issues

If you are facing any issues with the OneDrive backup issue feature, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.
These steps might solve your problem at hand

– Tap on the Gear icon on the main shelf of the app->Cloud & Backup->Cloud Logins->OneDrive->Sign out1.png

– Go to the OneDrive website via the Safari app on your iPad or via your Mac/PC->login to your account->revoke access to the app under permissions

– Come back to the Noteshelf app and sign in to OneDrive again via Gear icon->Cloud & Backup->Cloud Logins  ->OneDrive
