App Crashing?

If your app starts crashing upon launch, go to the Settings app on iPad and turn ON Safe mode under the Noteshelf 2 app tab.

When you enable safe-mode, the app will not crash anymore upon start.

After it opens up normally again, kindly send us the following :

-Any book/pdf file that has been crashing the app every time when you access it

-In-app email from the support tab under the gear icon so we receive some diagnostics form your device

That’ll help us identify and fix these crashes. Thank you for helping us with this.

    No sir. Turning on the Safe Mode doesn't help. NoteShelf has been crashing since I updated to 8.1.7 (as of December 4th, 2020). I am running iPasOS 14.2 on iPad Air 2. I have tried force closing the app, restarting, or off-loading & re-installing the app. Nothing works. The app crashes at launching. Hence, it is impossible to identify the book/pdf file that causes it. Please look into this.

    Have the same issue here. Impossible to open the app because of the crashes even in safe mode. I have all my books there and I need to access. Please help.

    Exactly the same issue for me !

    The crash problem in version 8.1.7 has been fixed with the recent update (8.1.8). Thank you the NoteShelf team for taking care of this.
