Restore purchases not working?

If you are unable to restore your Premium purchase, it could be due to the following :
  1. Store Mismatch:
    If you purchased Premium from one Store and are trying to restore the same purchase from another store
  2. Account Mismatch:
    If you purchased Premium using one email account and are trying to restore it using another account.
  3. Store Cache Issues:
    If you’re using the same account and store but still cannot restore your purchase, try clearing the app store’s cache and then attempt the restore again using the 'Restore Premium' option provided in the Premium popup

If you have a Samsung & non-Samsung device but you've already made the purchase from the Galaxy Store, you can return that purchase to the Galaxy Store now & get it from the Play Store again. This way you will be able to use it across all of your Android devices. We do not have a way to process Samsung refunds, so kindly reach them directly regarding the same.
